Salon Policies

Effective January 1, 2018


If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a 24 hour notice for any changes made to a reserved appointment. Text and Email reminders are sent out 36 hours ahead as a courtesy. Those reminders are system generated and we do not receive any information with those.

If less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is given, it may result in a $25 cancellation fee per services booked.

The fee will be added at the end of your next appointment.



A no call, no show or forgotten appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the missed service total.  This fee WILL be added to your next appointment.



We love working with you and every guest that sits in our chair but please be sure to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to alter your service (example: Will not have time to do a Blow Out). I know 10 minutes doesn’t seem like a big deal but if 3 guests each arrive 10 minutes late, unfortunately the 4th guest is left waiting an extra half an hour.



We want you to love your style! Sometimes when you get home and “live” in your new hair for a few days, you may find that some adjustments need to be made. We are happy to do a reservice, scheduled and performed, within 10 days of the original service. It may not be with the same stylist but others are available to help you. Unfortunately, The Hair Studio does not give monetary refunds.



We love kids but the salon can be a dangerous place for your little ones. Chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects are present at all times. Equipment is also very expensive to replace. We ask that you please keep an eye on your little loves for the safety and satisfaction of all. Or leave them with a sitter and enjoy a little time for yourself. You Deserve It!
